Policies

Shipping:

Orders received should ship within two business days. Please note that all orders will be shipped via Priority Mail services unless otherwise requested by the customer. Please allow 2-6 business days for ground shipped orders to arrive. Alternative shipping methods are available upon request and will incur a higher shipping rate. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for each order.

Returns:

All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any returned items must be, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. Items must be accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip and a letter stating the reason for the return. Please use appropriate packaging for shipping. Once our office receives the returned items, your account will be issued a credit for the amount of the original purchase. Please note that refunds are not given for any returned purchase. Any shipping and handling fees will not be returned. Please note: If any of the above criteria is not met, a credit will not be issued.

Back Orders:

If an item that you request happens to be on back order, we will notify you by email of this situation. You can either wait for Adobe Rose Inn to receive a new shipment of product and the item will be sent once we have it in stock, or you may cancel your order.
